Rhonda Finding

Dr. Rhonda J. Finding is an experienced educator with over 25 years in the field. She currently works as an MTSS Coach with the Pinellas County School District. Additionally, Dr. Finding serves as a Foundations Coach for the University of Florida Literacy Institute (UFLI), where she provides teachers with support in implementing an explicit and systematic phonics program.

 Previously, she held the position of Early Childhood Literacy Specialist with the Department of Education. Throughout her career, Dr. Finding has worked with students and teachers from kindergarten through college. She is skilled in integrating research, sharing best practices, training instructional coaches, coaching Professional Learning Community (PLC) facilitators and teacher leaders, and planning student data and curriculum.

 Dr. Finding holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on data-driven decision-making related to literacy coaches and teachers for classroom instructional decisions.
