A vital piece of the trainee teachers' toolkit, this book, like others in the range, remain valuable to those embarking on a teaching and learning career even as the qualifications themselves face changes. Highly recommended.

Provides information at a basic level which can be useful for people returning to learning. Is not as comprehensive as other books such as Reece & Walker. It is OK as a starting point if learners are struggling with more academic literature.
