Ann Maccagnano is a gifted and talented specialist in the Kenmore Town of Tonawanda School District in New York. Jeff Spiegel is currently the Assistant Superintendent for the New Hampshire SAU 43 School District and co-founder of the consulting firm, Deconstructing the Box. He was a Graduate Fellow at New York University’s Institute for Developmental Studies and a Fulbright Memorial Scholar to Japan. Jeff earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the Graduate College of the University of Vermont.

Lois Brown Easton works as a consultant, coach, and author. She is particularly interested in learning designs for adults and for students. She recently retired as director of professional development at Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center, Estes Park, Colorado.
