Very clearly written book, great activities and further recommended reading
This book is essential reading to get a grip on the new standards for tutor and learner alike. It also provides a springboard for further research and links to the criterion of the new standards - excellent! I always recommend that my learners obtain a copy and I refer to it frequently.

This has provided an extremely useful guide for students who are new to the sector and to teaching as it is easy to follow and covers all course outcomes. It's a very useful basic course book.
