Marnitta George

Dr. Marnitta George is an experienced educator, researcher, and equity-focused consultant with over 20 years in K–12 and higher education. As a National Board Certified Teacher, she brings deep expertise in educator development, instructional coaching, and inclusive curriculum design. Her work centers on building capacity among teachers, leaders, and institutions to implement culturally sustaining and research-informed practices. She partners with schools, districts, and organizations to advance educational equity, elevate student voice, and diversify the teacher workforce through thoughtful program design, collaborative facilitation, and applied research.
