Nicki Slaugh

Slaugh, Nicki
Nicki Slaugh, M.Ed., is a principal, author, and educational consultant with over two decades of experience in education. She has taught elementary grades, served as an instructional technology and curriculum coach, and now leads as a secondary school principal. Previously, she has been recognized as Teacher of the Year and received the Model School Award and a STEM designation for her school. Nicki is known for her school transformation work, specializing in leadership, standards-based learning, personalization, teacher clarity, proficiency scales, student-centered approaches, student autonomy, and creating a culture of learning. Her expertise also extends to innovative teacher practices, data-driven instruction, and facilitating PLC work. As a published author, keynote speaker, and educational consultant, she has presented at both local and national conferences. Nicki holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood, a Master's in Educational Leadership, and an Administrative License. Her passion for teaching and learning extends beyond her school, as she works to help educators across the country transform their classrooms and schools.
