Rhonda Finding

Dr. Rhonda J. Finding is an experienced educator with 23 years in the field, currently working as an Adjunct Professor for Human Development at the University of Tampa. Previously, she served as an Early Childhood Literacy Specialist with the Department of Education. Throughout her career, she has worked with students and teachers from kindergarten to college. She is skilled in integrating research, providing best practice, training instructional coaches, coaching PLC facilitators and teacher leaders, as well as planning student data and curriculum. Dr. Finding holds a master's degree in educational leadership and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, focusing her research on data-driven decision-making between literacy coaches and teachers for classroom instructional decisions.
