Tara Noe

Tara Noe, a retired public educator with a 32-year career, most recently served as the District Professional Learning Specialist in Cherokee County, Georgia. Prior to that, she held various roles including high school instructional coach, teacher evaluator, instructional supervisor, and educator in a non-traditional evening high school. As a Corwin-certified independent educational consultant, Tara provides training nationwide on Visible Learning, Teacher Clarity, Success Criteria, PLC+, and customized content tailored to district and school needs. She holds Georgia certifications in general education, special education, and instructional coaching.
