Venola Mason

Venola Mason is a dedicated education leader with extensive experience in transforming schools and empowering educators. Venola currently operates as a leader within the field of Education Solutions Services, bringing her expertise to support schools and districts nationwide. Before her current role, she began her career as a Teach For America corps member and teacher in Atlanta Public Schools. Venola's professional development journey led her to TNTP, where she managed a program for K-12 teachers and played a pivotal role in launching Georgia's alternative teacher certification program. She then served as the Director of Certification for Teach For America and created the Teacher Leadership Development Program. Venola also worked as an Associate Partner for HMH, partnering with school districts across the country. As a published author of "Teach Up!: Empowering Teachers through Relationships, Rigor, and Relevance," she shares her insights and experiences to inspire and equip educators. Venola specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, instructional excellence, culture and climate, and parental engagement.
