Ryan Dunn, PhD, has twenty years’ experience as an educational leader, teacher, and researcher. Ryan has advised schools and systems in the United States, Canada, Singapore and Australia to develop innovative educational solutions. He has worked extensively in the United States, where he led large-scale research and professional learning initiatives in New York City and California.
David Allen is an Associate Professor of English Education at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York (CUNY). His research focuses on how groups collaborate and create together, in schools and other settings.
Daniel Joseph is the founder of CBE Solutions, an organization that supports districts in the strategic transformational shift from traditional, time-based education to personalized competency-based systems of teaching and learning. Promoting systems level change, by engaging shareholders, building capacity through continuous improvement and aligned intentional instruction.
Melissa Krull, Ph.D., has an extensive background serving in leadership capacities at a 10,000-student school district for 20 years, 10 of which were spent as superintendent. Her recent work includes leadership teaching and research toward the elimination of racial achievement disparities. She has served as a keynote speaker, panelist, and presenter for various organizations and universities, including Georgetown Law Center and The U.S.
Candace Raskin, Ed. D., served as an educational leader in Minnesota public schools for 18 years as a superintendent; director of curriculum, instruction and assessment; middle school and elementary principal; and high-potential coordinator. Her research on developing racially conscious leadership has been recognized nationally and is published in numerous scholarly journals.
Antonia Felix, Ed.D., MFA, is the author of 23 books including biographies of Senator Elizabeth Warren, Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, NATO Commander Wesley Clark, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Dr. Stefani Arzonetti Hite is a graduate of the American School in London, Tufts University, and the University of Pennsylvania and has taught students from age 5 to 75. After a decade working in the marketing industry, she changed careers to become an educator, pursuing an MSEd with Penn’s Project START (Student Teachers as Researching Teachers). Stefani’s doctoral work involved researching program implementation.
Mark Weakland is a consultant, teacher, writer, and musician living in western Pennsylvania. He is the creator of teacher resource books, nationally-presented seminars and workshops on literacy topics, award-winning music projects, and more than 70 books for children.
Dr. Jennifer Spencer-Iiams is the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District in Oregon. She has been a teacher and educational leader for 32 years. She led significant transformation in her district in the movement to a full inclusion model that honors student strengths and promotes belonging. Jennifer has served as an adjunct professor in the area of Special Education and in Emerging Bilingual Education.
