Caitlin Lowery
Caitlin Lowery, EdD, is an education consultant with 15 years of experience serving at both the campus and district level. She holds eight service credentials in the state of Texas, including General Education, Reading Specialist, English as a Second Language, and Special Education. Her experience includes teaching, coaching, and district leadership in culturally and linguistically diverse learning communities. At the district level, Caitlin has initiated and overseen programs aimed at increasing access to quality education for underserved communities through robust MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support), developed and facilitated professional learning on literacy instruction as a tool for empowerment and social change, and guided data collection and analyses aimed at informing evidence-based decision-making to increase student success. Caitlin holds a deep commitment to creating equitable opportunities for all stakeholders in the education community.
