The book has been written for the PTLLS course, therefore it would be useful if every student had a copy. The book gives an excellent 'walk through' of the course for students to dip in and out as required.

The books have been recommended to the campuses libraries to purchase.
Another great book for those wishing to undertake PTLLS. Would definitely recommend.
This book is particularly useful for those learners who are truly 'preparing' to teach and have little or no experience in the field of teaching. It provides some practical tips on how to tackle assignments with ideas on what they need to know and be aware of when starting out in the teaching profession. It also makes the task of submitting an assignment less daunting by breaking down the criteria into bite size chunks and tackling each individually. Good for someone with less experience and who has perhaps been out of the habit of writing academic pieces of work for some time.
Updated for 12 credit PTTLS. Easy to read and dip into - useful for those completely new to teaching.
As a supplementary text for learners who require extra assistance to understand the requirements of the new PTLLS award, this will be recommended to my learners.
A very useful text, especially for those who are out of practice in writing for assessment.
This book is recommended to my PTLLS groups to help them plan their approach to assignments
Useful additional text.
As always Gravells provides a course reader that students' enjoy using.
This book provides a minimum benchmark to support learners in getting started on coursework.
