A native of Southern California, Chris Weber, EdD, has been in service to community and country his entire life. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Chris flew C-141s during his military career. A former high school, middle school, and elementary school teacher and administrator, Chris has had a great deal of success helping students who historically underachieve learn at extraordinarily high levels.

Dr. Dylan Wiliam is emeritus professor of educational assessment at the UCL Institute of Education. He started his career teaching in urban London schools before transitioning to educational research. He was dean of the School of Education at King’s College London, senior research director at the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, US, and deputy director of the Institute of Education, University of London.

Megan Gross is a special education teacher in San Diego, California. She has taught and facilitated inclusion for students at both the elementary and secondary level. Her professional interests include developing curricular modifications to increase student access to general education and facilitating professional development for paraprofessionals.

A longtime collaborator with Harvey “Smokey” Daniels as both a coauthor and a co-presenter, Nancy Steineke has been a full-time English teacher for more than three decades, most recently at Victor J. Andrew High School in Illinois. Nancy is the author of six other professional books and classroom collaboration is always a central strategy, whether she’s advising on literature circles, content-area writing, teaching nonfiction and fiction, or assessment.

Dr. Jayme Linton is Assistant Professor of Education at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, and program coordinator for the university's graduate program in online teaching and instructional design. Previously, she held positions as Instructional Technology Facilitator, Staff Development Coordinator, Instructional Coach, and elementary teacher.
