Tracey Wood is a seasoned educational leader with over two decades of experience, including eight years as Principal of Apple Glen Elementary in Bentonville, Arkansas. Under her guidance, Apple Glen became the first school in Arkansas to achieve certification as a Visible Learning School, attaining both Associate and Partner Level recognitions—a distinction held by only a select number of schools globally.
Tracey's commitment to fostering student-centered learning environments has led to remarkable outcomes. In 2023 and 2024, Apple Glen was honored by the University of Arkansas’ Office for Education Policy for demonstrating high student growth both statewide and within the Northwest region . Her innovative approach emphasizes empowering students to take ownership of their learning, cultivating skills such as perseverance, collaboration, curiosity, and problem-solving
