Siri Ann Loescher is an educational specialist and served as a policy analyst for the Indiana Educational Policy Center, and currently works as a consultant. She has an M.A. in administration and policy analysis from Stanford University where she completed advanced course work. She has worked as an alternative educator in an urban school district, and an instructor and teacher program coordinator with a Washington, DC, based experiential civics education pro-gram.

Jeffrey Bardzell, founder of Allecto Media, an eLearning consulting and development company, is a Ph.D. candi-date at Indiana University, where he also works as a trainer and multimedia instructional developer. He is also an eLearning Web developer, author, and instructor. Among his technical publications are Macromedia MX eLearning: Advanced Training From the Source and Special Edition Using Fireworks MX.

Laraine M. Roberts, EdD, is Senior Research Associate at WestEd in San Francisco. Her work centers on educational leadership, organizational culture, and school and district development and im-provement. In addition to leading educational research projects, she designs and facilitates leadership development programs for superintendents, district administrators, and school principals.

Rebecca Lynn Wilke, Ed.D., is Adjunct Professor of Education at the University of San Diego and also affiliated with the Poway Beginning Teacher Support and Assistance (BTSA) program in southern California. Rebecca and her husband Steve, a psychologist, offer training in leadership, education, and development through their company LEADon.biz, which serves schools, corporations, and community organizations.  

Franklin CampbellJones, is Vice President of CampbellJones & Associates. He facilitates professional learning with school systems as they apply the tenets of cultural proficiency to their policies and practice. His work extends throughout the United States and Canada.

Theodore B. Creighton is currently a Professor and Program Leader in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Virginia Tech. Prior to joining the faculty at Virginia Tech, he served as Director of the Center for Research and Doctoral Studies in Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University and as a Professor in Educational Leadership at Idaho State University.

Edward T. Joyner, Ed.D., is the Executive Director of the Yale School Development Program. He served as the SDP's first director of training, was the original designer of the SDP Leadership Development Academies, and initiated university-public school partnerships to strengthen local school reform efforts.

James P. Comer, M.D., is the founder and chairman of the Yale School Development Program, Maurice Falk Professor of Child Psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center, and Associate Dean of the Yale University School of Medicine. He has been the recipient of the Grawemeyer Award in Education, the John and Mary Markle Scholar in Academic Medicine Award, the Rockefeller Public Service Award, the Harold W. McGraw, Jr., Prize in Education, the Charles A.

Phyllis H. Lindstrom is a leader in school improvement issues and has a strong interest in developing collaborative leadership in schools. She is an associate professor of Educational Leadership at San José State University. In addition, her long career in K–12 educa­tion includes teacher, principal, director, and assistant superinten­dent. She serves on the board of directors of Futures in Education, an alternative education secondary school district in California.

Hays Blaine Lantz, Jr. is currently Director of Science for grades PreK-12 for the Baltimore County Public Schools in Maryland. Prior to this assignment, he served as Supervisor of Science K-12 for the Prince George’s County Public Schools; as Supervisor of the Howard B. Owens Science Center in Prince George’s County; as a Federal Programs Director, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Title IV-C Project Director, and as a high school administrator and classroom science teacher. Laura Flynn received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education in 1992, and followed with her Master of Arts in Elementary Education in 1994, from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
