Jacie Maslyk
An educator for the last 25 years, Dr. Jacie Maslyk, has served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, elementary principal, and assistant superintendent. Under her leadership, her district became recognized for innovative practices in STEAM and Maker Education. Dr. Maslyk also oversaw the successful implementation of several change initiatives, including district-wide literacy interventions, project-based learning, and innovative community partnerships that transformed the culture of the district while increasing student engagement.
Dr. Maslyk currently serves as an instructional coach and educational consultant, supporting schools and districts through professional learning and job-embedded coaching. She provides workshops (on-site and virtual), model lessons, and curriculum support to districts and organizations across the country.
A published author, Jacie has written several books, including STEAM Makers: Fostering Creativity and Innovation in the Elementary Classroom. She is also a featured blogger and content creator for a number of educational organizations. Dr. Maslyk has been a featured presenter, as well as a keynote speaker for several national conferences providing inspiration and support for educators and school leaders.
