Before becoming a university professor, she was a practicing school psychologist for 18 years and supervised school psychologists and interns throughout those years. During her 15 years as a professor, she has supervised practicum, intern, and postgraduate students.

Joan A. Struzziero is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and school psychologist in the Scituate, MA Public Schools. She has worked as a school psychologist for 18 years and as a field and university supervisor of interns for 15 years. Eugenia Mora-Flores is a Professor of Clinical Education and Chair of the Master of Arts in Teaching program in the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California (USC).
