Calder McLellan is an instructional coach at a PreK-4th grade school in Charlottesville, Virginia. She dedicates herself to unlocking the potential of all learners and educators. Calder has worked as a math specialist and early childhood educator, primarily teaching grades PreK-3rd.

She is a former classroom teacher, elementary math specialist, and assessment coordinator.

Chryste is energized by sharing her passion for learning with her colleagues as the district math coordinator and as a Regional VP for the Arizona Association of Teachers of Mathematics.

Together with the Organized Binder team, Mitch works with K-12 schools and colleges in the US and internationally to equip students with executive functioning skills. When he is not working with schools, you can find him running trails training for his next ultramarathon. He and his wife live in Northern California with their two daughters.
