Marilee Sprenger is an adjunct professor at Aurora University, where she teaches graduate courses on brain-based teaching, learning and memory, and differentiation. A creative and compassionate educator, she began her career teaching prekindergarten and kindergarten. She has also taught at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Hank Rubin is president of the nonprofit Institute for Collaborative Leadership, former distinguished visiting scholar at George Mason University, and dean-in-residence at the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education. He was previously joint dean of education at The University of South Dakota and South Dakota State University.

Paul V. Bredeson is a Professor of Educational Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he teaches courses in Professional Development and Organizational Learning, Instructional Leadership and School Improvement, and Research Methods. He has been a Professor at Ohio University and at Pennsylvania State University where he also served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania School Study Council.

Rosemary Henze is an associate professor in the Department of Linguistics and Language Development at San Jose State University.
