Lauren Madden is a Professor of Elementary Science Education at The College of New Jersey. She holds a BA in Earth Sciences-Oceanography, MS in Marine Science and PhD in Science Education. In recent years, her work has focused directly on K-5 climate change education, and she was the lead author on the New Jersey School Boards’ Association & Sustainable Jersey For Schools’ Report on K-12 Climate Change Education Needs in New Jersey.

Jason Cowley is a National Board Certified ELA teacher and a former instructional coach with more than 18 years of experience in the classroom. He also worked as a National Board facilitator for eight years. In addition to his work on AI in the classroom, Jason has extensively studied how assessment practices impact student learning.

Paige Bergin is a 22-year educator with experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and adjunct professor. She is currently serving Union Public Schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma as an instructional coach for PK-5th grade.

Terri Myers is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 30 years of experience in public education as a Teacher, Instructional Coach, School Improvement Grant Administrator, and Principal. Her educational reach has spanned three countries, numerous states, and multiple grade levels. As a skilled Turn-Around and Instructional Leader, she has supported and led the efforts in three secondary schools.

Alisa Barrett is in her 19th year in education, and is currently in her seventh year as the Director of Instruction for Greenfield Exempted Village Schools. She has taught kindergarten, first, and third grade in Tennessee and Ohio. Greenfield Exempted Village Schools was recognized as the first district to receive the Visible Learning Certified+ award in July of 2023.

Dr. Rhonda J. Finding is an experienced educator with 23 years in the field, currently working as an Adjunct Professor for Human Development at the University of Tampa. Previously, she served as an Early Childhood Literacy Specialist with the Department of Education. Throughout her career, she has worked with students and teachers from kindergarten to college.

Carolyn Wood, EdD, currently serves as a Field Supervisor of Graduate Interns for the Teacher Education Program at DeSales University in Bethlehem, PA. Prior to this role, she had a forty-year career as an educator and administrator, including being a principal of an elementary school where she initiated PLC teams, developed learning support and enrichment programs.
